Location excellent, but rooms are not that spacious, overall nice place to stay. If you are on business trip, good place to be, family vacation I'd rather not suggest. A bit too pricey for a place like Patna but neat clean and a good stay if the stay is very short like 2-3 days max Check in time 2:00 PM which is a big con and for early check in they charge additional 700 INR. You will feel the pinch as you see your room.

The hotel is located at Exhibition road, Patna. The way to the hotel is from a crowded market. Rooms are quite small with no view at all because your window won't open as it's just beside another building. Service is slow but food is good.

The hotel is located in a very central and good location being near to Airport and patna junction. Our Initial experience was good but as the day progressed we witnessed some horrific service from room service especially from the people who brought our food in the room. One of them Infact got into an altercation with us for not opening the room in the first bell. Sounds hilarious but it was not!. The main course was fine but drinks and starters were not edible. They could not even make a lemon water drink. How can one ruin lemon water it was beyond imagination. Same was the case with shakes and ice tea, and that too without ice.
On complaining and confronting about the ice the service guy told us that there is no ice in the hotel, he said "kasam Khote hain Hume nahi Pata tha ki hotel main ice hai", hilarious again.
The food too especially chicken lollipop, paneer Tikka, chilly chicken were unbearable.
All in all the experience could have been lot better here but unfortunately it was not.
