only one big issue i faced here was that i had booked the imperial room and the hotel reception gave me executive room which was way lesser tarriff which i had payed without informing me...when i brought it to their attention they apologised and provided me a discount on food. Its good on thier part that they did that much but its not at all justified and I lost lot of extra money on my booking. Food is good...quantity is good...rooms are small compared to prices...amenities were good..staff was polite and overall a good hotel in patna to stay.

Located near balley road, near pillar no 4. About half an hour from Patna junction.
We'll maintained and supportive staffs. Smooth check in and check out experience. Good room service. Availability of restaurant with good food. One can book via different online website or even offline booking are done. Availability of parking facility.
Nice, clean and big enough rooms.
You would not have any complaint about any thing.

Unfortunately, the experience I had at the family function I attended was quite disappointing. The hotel's management left much to be desired, as they had inconvenient arrangements such as having dinner on the ground floor while the hand wash area was located on the first floor. Additionally, the function hall itself was quite cramped and congested. Due to these factors, I personally would not recommend this hotel to others in the future
