I have been visiting BIG5 MEGA MART quite frequently as it happens to be a convenient meeting spot for me and my friends. While the mall has its advantages, I have noticed a few shortcomings that affect the overall experience.

Let's start with the positives. BIG5 MEGA MART is centrally located, making it a convenient meeting point for friends and acquaintances. The mall offers a wide variety of stores, ensuring there's something for everyone's taste. I appreciate the spaciousness of the mall, which allows for comfortable walking and browsing through the different shops.

However, my experience with the staff at BIG5 MEGA MART has been less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, I have encountered rude and unfriendly behavior from some of the employees. It's disheartening when the people who are supposed to assist customers are not approachable or helpful. A smile or a friendly gesture can go a long way in creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Another issue I have noticed is the inadequate number of active billing counters. Despite having two counters, only one is operational most of the time. This results in long queues and unnecessary delays for shoppers. It would be highly beneficial if management could address this concern by ensuring both counters are open during peak hours, especially on weekends or holidays when footfall is higher.

I believe that BIG5 MEGA MART has the potential to provide a better shopping experience by addressing these concerns. A friendly and attentive staff can greatly enhance the overall atmosphere, making customers feel valued and appreciated. Additionally, having both billing counters operational would significantly reduce waiting times and improve customer satisfaction.

Despite these drawbacks, I still find myself returning to BIG5 MEGA MART due to its location and the variety of stores it offers. I hope that the management takes note of these suggestions and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

It's a multi storied grocery store. Very well stocked. Air conditioning is inefficient.
